Welcome to Gateway Academy and thank you for your interest! Please create an account below to begin your application. We are currently accepting applications for Pre-K3 - 8th Grade for the 2024-2025 school year. Reach out to our admission office for information about space. (850) 654-9095. 

Applications and fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable. If you have any questions, please contact the school office.

 

Ready to Apply?

To begin the Online Application process, you will need to Create an Account. Upon account creation, you will receive an email containing a verification link. Once your email address has been verified, log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.

A non-refundable application fee of $125 must be submitted with each 2024-2025 application. 2023-2024 tuition and other fees here.

Age Requirements to Apply: 

PK3 - Student must be 3 on or before September 1st of calendar year and fully potty-trained

Kindergarten - Student must be 5 on or before September 1st of calendar year

Documents Required to Apply:

PK3 - Kindergarten: Teacher Referral Email Address required for students coming from preschool or school and Potty Training Agreement

1st - 5th Grade: Teacher Referral Email Address, Report Card, Test Scores

6th - 8th Grade: Two Teacher Referral Email Addresses, Report Card, Test Scores

*If your child has been homeschooled, please provide portfolio and/or test scores.

 

After submitting your application, you will receive an email with a link to sign up for your child's required in person academic screening. In order for an admission decision to be made, (including wait pool placement) this academic screening is required.

The Admissions Committee’s decision regarding placement is based on what is best for each child as they take into consideration the developmental needs of each child.
